our 1st date I made him hommade torellini stuffeed with ricotta, proscuttio & crab meat, with a cream sauce.... he hated it! Turns out he doesn't like seafood
So I ended up making him burgers on the grill... that he liked

The first meal I cooked was pasta and chicken parm. That was the night he said my sauce was better than his moms so I knew he must love me : ).

Im not sure what the first meal was..but when I did cook, he always said I outdid myself..and one particular time I had to disect a sheeps brain ( Psychology grad student)..so I had it in the frdge..I put it on a plate as a joke..he started getting mad asking me what was it..and he started yelling at me because it stunk like formaldehyde..I had a video camera in teh corner...he didnt think it wsa funny...i laughed for days.

Oy, I made brisket but I ran out of ketchup while making it. I use it along with other stuff to make the marinade. It tasted like CRAP, and he just smiled and ate it...lol.

My famous baked ziti! It's still one of his favorite requests
Meatloaf, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach. This is still and always will be his favorite meal. I can get pretty much anything I want if I promise to make him this!!!

I still haven't cooked for him - I'm not allowed such a picky eater but I am allowed to make the garlic bread!! I am an excellent cook, he is just super-picky, plain EVERYTHING!! I like the SPICE, baby!!

I made 2 alarm chili! Now he LOVES chili....I figured that hs is from Central america so he MUST like spicy stuff! So I put in 2 jalpeno pepers in the chili also. It was so **** hot that neither one of us could eat it!!!
