happy friday

sorry for the late post...been tied up all day with work and then i came home and went to the gym for a bit...but i did a very light workout tonight...it's been a long week and im on call all weekend for the OR and light rounding...sooo i only did about 30 min of cardio...20 min on a hybrid elliptical/stepper machine and 13 min on the arm bike

going to go work out after rounding tomorrow am...not sure about sunday yet...

goal this weekend...avoid BLTS (bites, licks and tastes)...they all add up

I did a 5k interval run today and some weights with my mom at her gym. It was good to work out a different place and with someone new because I did some workouts that I don't usually do.
