Fixing the house up..need help!!!!!!!!!

Our basement is unfinished, and we want to finish it off and add a small apartment and also a seperate section for us like for the washer and dyer. I cant find a reasonable contractor. Does anyone know of a handyman or something????? We would purchase all the supplies we would pay for the labor.

Thanks

First, you should check with your local Building Dept or Planning Board to see if it is legal to have an apartment in the basement.

I can recommend several reliable contractors if you let me know what town you're in.

Good luck
