Anyone doing a flip flop basket at the reception hall
I read a review here that someone did it and it was a big hit.
Where would you get them? What sizes??
I love the idea, but am not sure where to start

I think its cute for summer weddings. I won't be doing it because I figure if people are in that much pain, they can just dance barefoot. I have to think of my budget.

We're doing one. I was going to do hotel slippers, but they are kinda hot for August so I ended up getting the chinese slippers from an online wholesaler. I'm not totally in love with chinese slippers, but I got them all in black so they don't stand out much. Also keep in mind that some of the girls or older ladies might be wearing stockings (depending on the month of your wedding) and flip flops might be awkward with the in between the toe bit. I think if you do it, it will be appreciated by your guests, I can't count how many times I wished I had brought slippers to a wedding because my feet hurt so bad!!

I am doing it, my sister had one and it was a HUGE hit!!!
We got the flip flops fr it ALL OVER! as we saw them when the season came around we got them. they were all different colors to people could get a pair to match their clothes

I got mine at Target in the $1.00 bin. I bought mostly 8's and a few that were a 6/7 and some that were a 9/10. we had 170 guest and 60 pairs of flip flops.

i wasn't going to do it at first even though I did like it, but my mom fell in love with the idea so she insisted to pay for it! how can i say no to that!

The baskets I have for sale are three for $30. I'm using a set of the light willow baskets. The biggest one for the slipper basket. And the others I will be using to hold other stuff like programs or little fans for the ceremony or bubbles.

Just a heads up, if you go to old navy's website, you can get the flipflops for $2.50 each now as long as you purchase more than 2 pairs...
