Our hall accepts cc's but only as part of the deposit/installment process. The final payment needs to be cash or certified bank check.
Do you have any installments/deposits left? If so and they do allow cc's for deposits just put a very big chunk of the hall on it now and give a check/cash in a smaller amount for final payment when it's due.

I know flowerfield accepts credit cards on payments. U can even charge ure last payment on a cc as long as it is at least 14 days prior to the wedding...call and ask!

My hall will let you pay by credit card as long as it is more than 10 days before the event

well it's only cash, check or MO... so I'm going to have to get my mom to cosign on a loan... what a loser!
My back up plan if I need money is to borrow from my pension the interest is lower than any bank loan and I pay myself the interest! Not that I want to borrow but if I have to...

My hall has been excepting cash all along. They said that I could have paid with credit cards...but the last payment, they need cash....
