Florist Appt

Hi Ladies,
So I have an appt with the Florist Hidden Essence for this month. Any tips or suggestions on what I should ask? I have no idea how this appt should go.

Hi - I met with Michelle as well, but ultimately didn't go with her. I was very impressed with her work though.

I went to my first appointment with an idea of what flowers I wanted for my bouquet and my bridesmaids. I also had an idea of what I wanted for my centerpieces. I also knew what colors I wanted.

You should have a rough idea of how many of everything you need...how many tables, bouquets, bouts, corsages. Do you want high and low centerpieces or just one height? Do you need decoration for the ceremony?

Ask to see what kind of vases she has. Ask what's in season and see what she's done in similar flowers that you like. She's got a ton of pictures of her work.

Ask about pricing, delivery, is she going to do a mock-up centerpiece (mine did) a few months prior. What about payment? How much of a deposit? What forms of payment does she accept?

Ask how long the quote is valid for and get everything in writing!

It took about an hour...kinda too long for me, especially since I already went through one appointment and knew what I wanted.
