I went to a florist today, a popular one on LIW and she made up the contract and gave me the quote, but said I wasn't allowed to have the copy of the contract. I wanted to go home and show FI, but she said they keep it and if we put a deposit THEN we get the contract.
What gives???

Simply Elegant did this with us as well. Everything was done right in front of us. Emily was great to work with. I went to another florist, popular on here, and he kept asking me the prices I was given elsewhere and saying that he was the best. It was a big turnoff.
