Florist Price Quote

from a florist we visited over the weekend..but FH refuses to book with them bc he just didn't like the place and thougt he was unprofessional bc he had a kid running around lol. We have 2 more to visit this weekend, which will make it 6 places and that's all I'm going to. It's wierd though bc we got such a vast price difference in quotes. Flowers by Emil who I know girls raved about gave me the highest price so far or close to 1700. The other 2 places were lower around 1500 or so. This place quoted me around 1200. Only thing is, he didn't have any similar pictures of the centerpieces we wanted and was mainly using roses with alot of greenery I requested peoinies also but he said he won't use them bc they are too fragile which none of the other florists had a problem using. We are only getting 10 high centerpices, 2 bridal bouquets, my bouquet, 4 boutannaires, 4 cousages, ribbons for the pews, petals scatterd on the card table and a throw away bouquet using roses, peonies and hydragenas. Anyone know know what I should be paying for this?
