I know that we have a bunch of threads on this already but it seems like i keep choosing THE most expensive florists in the area for our wedding...
We officially decided to lower our budget for flowers HARDCORE so AT MOST what do you girls think we should be charged for:
Bridal Bo-k 4 BM Bo-ks 6 Man-flowers lol 3 FG baskets 3 Corsages Minimal ceremony decorations (although we are willing to scratch this all together) 10 Centerpieces (whether high or low) 30 CH 'centerpieces' (they can be tea light candles for all I care) Miscellaneous things like cake table, card table, etc.. we really don't have high expectations for them...
We went to 3 different florists and so far we've had these quotes:
7,000 (no joke!) 5,500 3,400
Once again... am I off my radar with this because they seem like astronomical prices and I really want to come under 1,500 if it's possible.
Any advice/suggestions?

Designs By Rose in Howard BEach. she did my flowers for my wedding last year and they came out fantastic! The price depends on what kind of flowers you want. My bridesmaid bouquets were $50 each for orange roses. I didn't get charged for the boutonnieres.

I'm using Flowers by Brian and based on the numbers I got, you should be at about $2200-2500.
They charge $150 for high CPs, $95 for BM boks, $225 for bridal boK and like $10-25 for corsages/boots, etc.

i got a similar package (without the CH CPs or corsages for mothers) at Pedestals for just under $2k ....
sorry if this is a stupid question but why do you need CH centerpieces? can't you just leave the tables empty to save money?

Try Hidden Essence! I had a super strict flower budget too amd Michelle totally stretch my budget in order to get everything I needed and wanted. And on top of that...everything was beautiful and she is awesome to work with!!!

I just went to Dalsimer in Hewlett and they were great! I still have appointments at Stefan's and Burton's, but we were very satisfied with the Dalsimer quote!!
