Florist question...

Should I bring photos of my gown, the BM's gowns and the location? I figured it would make sense for the florist to get an idea of what we're working with. Am I being too anal???

Did any of you girls do that?

Definitely!

I didn't bring pics of my location because my florist was familiar but I did bring photos of my dresses. My dress and my BM dresses are pretty standard so it wasn't necessary but it can't hurt.

My florist knows the reception hall, so I didn't bring pictures.

I did bring pictures and swatches of my dress and BM dresses. They were glad that I brought them and did look at them when we started planning bouquets.

I agree. I brought a swatch of the BM dress so that they could help me pick flowers for the BMs.
The more info you supply them with, the better.
