So we booked our florist a while ago but I now have a question. When do we go and meet with them to pick out exactly what we want in our BoKs and centerpieces? We never did all of that...any ideas?
I'd call them soon just to discuss when you can make an appointment. I'd say the closer you go to your wedding the more flowers they'll be able to physically show you that are in season.

mine said 6 weeks b4..she told me in the meantime to try to think of what i want and take some photos ofthings i like and to bring with me a photo of me inmy dress from the front andback for my bo-k
im using burtons. they told me to make an appt 2 months before the wedding to finaize flowers for boks and cps and then call 2 weeks before to give a final table count
