Re: Florist questions
definitely bring pictures with you of what you are looking for, some things to ask are:
how many flowers in each cp? delivery fee? set up fee? do you get a sample?

Re: Florist questions
Have they ever done flowers at your RH? Do they have pictures for ideas?
Price of high vs. low?
Do you get a sample? When?
How far in advance do you have to give a definite answer and idea re: your flowers?
Can centerpieces be taken home?
Definitely bring pictures and ask them for pictures, especially at your hall and/or church.

Re: Florist questions
if you are getting married outside, find out what happens if it rains (this was a real shocker to me what some florists answered)

Re: Florist questions
Find out about cost for Extra petals if needed. (Some throw this in for free)
Also, if you want glass ask them what glass you have to pay for completely and what can be rented.
Before going, I would find out if your Ceremony locations needs flowers. Example: If you are having a church wedding do they already have alter flowers or do you need to provide them.
Also it is good to have a good estimation of how many tables that way they can give you a more definitive estimate.

if you go to ' Questions To Ask Your Wedding Florist' a whole list of things come up. I used them and they were very helpful.

Re: Florist questions
It is probably a good idea to ask what flowers are in season at the time of your wedding - if you are worried about having to pay extra for out of season flowers being imported.
