Have any of you heard of Florists not meeting w/ you more than 6 months b-4 the wedding? I was just told that by a florist...mean While I have an appointment with Burtons next Thursday? Should I not worry about this (flowers)until then?

Re: Florists
I met with my florist 2 years before. Had no problems what so ever. How rude of them to say that to you.

Gina that's odd. What does he not want the business? I met with Flower Michele in April which was 13 months before my wedding. I'm sure you can wait bc a florist can do more than 1 wedding in a day but do you want to wait?

yep, totally agree! it was the same situation for me.... i booked everything way ahead of time. just b/c you are getting things out of the way that means he doesn't want your business until he is ready for you?? what the heck! there's a red flag to stay away from that guy, talk about a business owner who does not know what he is doing in terms of customer service/appreciation!
i'm sorry, trust me-- i highly doubt you will get that vibe from ANYONE else you meet with!!!
