Flower girl question

Flower girl question

Just added 2 flower girls (FH nieces) to our bridal party. Last week I bought my other 2 flower girls their dresses ( matching ones) Should my FH nieces have the same dresses the other two have or should they have their own matching dresses?
Another thing, should we even include his nieces. We originally asked the mom to have them as FG, she agreed but then we never brought it up again because their mom is so unreliable and a ***** at times. Last minute she might change her mind or not even show up at all. FH brother just does what his wife says.
FH wants to add his nieces but we're worried. Should we or shouldnt we???

I have 4 flower girls, 2 are wearing one dress and 2 are wearing another.
If the parents are flaky i wouldnt but once they put a deposit down on her dress youll know if there serious.

Problem is my FH and I are paying for all the flower girls dresses.

oh wow, why are you guys paying. Oh then i wouldnt chance it if your paying and you know they are flaky.

We offered to pay since parents of flower girls from both sides are struggling. FG dresses arent expensive anyways. My MOH is the mother of my 2 flower girls and since shes planning my shower, might lose her job and her husband's hours were cut back, its the least we can do.
