I don't mean to sound cheap, but I really don't want to spend thousands of dollars on my flowers. I found an online wholesale florist that FedEx's the flowers to you overnight. You pick out the flowers---300 white tulips, 250 red gerber daisies---whatever you like. My sister worked in a florist throughout high schools so she volunteered to arrange the flowers. This will save me a few thousand dollars. I thought my mom and sis could try out this place for my shower and see how it goes. Has anyone ever heard of doing this?

I have, but keep in mind for your wedding that your sister will need to be getting ready and all that too, especially if she is in the bridal party...make sure there's time for everything (flowers at the ceremony and reception locations, all set up...can be a lot of work!)

It's going to be alot of work, but that is a great idea to try it out for the shower.
