I refuse to pay more than $2000 for flowers. I'm not looking into florist yet, but when I do I plan on telling them 'This is my budget. This is the amount of tables. What can you do for me?' I'm not that picky with flowers.

I'm not sure if someone said this already bc I didn't read all the posts, but we saw Flowers by Brian first and liked what we were offered. Then we checked Pedestals too bc we had a lot of recommendations to see them, and they quoted us 600 dollars less than FBB and we got some extra stuff too. Check out Pedestals they were really great so I wish you luck on that appointment, we booked them right after ours :).

Yeah were basically looking into the same things because were both getting married at JT.... Theyre both house vendors along with Flowers Michelle, but our BM at the RH told us to stay away from them if we could....
We also had budgeted $6000 for flowers so I wasn't too shocked when we got our quotes lol

My goal was $2500, with $3000 pushing it. We wanted to do high centerpieces. I can only imagine. :) Thank you for reminding me about the cash thing :)

I think you mean Flowers by Michelle to stay away from which to those who have booked lately I have heard great things and never actually heard anything bad but I did read in reviews that they changed things in the flowers the day of without asking first so a diff color added which all the brides I read ended up loving but looking great or not I would not be okay with that lol bc I am just too controlling and have to be in the know lol to be honest I dont think your quote is that bad I was quoted $5400 by them for high centerpeices and more of what you needed bc of a larger bridal party and some other expensive extras but then pedestals gave us even more and for $4800, good luck!

I found Flowers By Brian to be very pricey. I looked there, Flower Michele and Pedestals. I loved both Pedestals and Flower Michele, but Flower Michele was cheaper and I was so happy with my flowers.
Flowers by Brian quoted me almost a $1,000 more than the other two places.

I definitely think you can get better. Besides the low cp's the bouts shouldnt be alot, the bm bok's shouldnt be alot either. For you to get quoted $3500 at first, even if the low cp's were at $100 each which is the highest it should be bc High cp's start at $125 each. That would mean its $2k for the cp's alone, and then you would be paying $1500 for the bok's, bouts and corsages which shouldnt be.
I would get quotes from elsewhere. When i had asked another florist how much they would charge for a calla lily cp they told $300 eachwhich btw was Flowers by brian and pedestals quoted me $175 so huge difference and every florist mostly was charging around $175 so i was surprised about the $300 each and the lady kept trying to tell 'well thats how much these cp's go for' i told her no ive gotten ALOT lower

Wow you were pretty dead on... The low CP's... while full... were $100 each... so it would be $2000 for the CP's alone... They told us if we didnt do the CP's and just got the church flowers, bouqets, and other like non CP flowers lol it would be $1500... So together they would be $3500 and they were giving us $3000 so we'll have to see... Plus they were throwing in decorating the cake, and three floating orchids with candles for the seating chart table....
You could try the one I booked with - In Full Bloom. They were pretty reasonable...
