Do you most florists waive the tax if you pay cash? I never thought to ask. TIA!
in light of the recent events, i'm not saying where or not they will. however, if you ask them, what their 'policy' is on that, that will give you an indication.
Most of them will consider wiping out the tax if paid by cash. But others have said that the tax covers insurance for their events. the best bet is just to ask each florist
not my florist. no matter what tax is included, so im charging it.
