I got a call yesterday from a woman at my church, she tells me that all flowers the day of the wedding can only be ordered from the florist the church deals with. I was very annoyed by this as I already went over church flowers with my florist. I never heard of such a thing

Completely ridiculous! It's one thing to have a 'preferred vendor' but to force people to order from their one florist is not cool.

Wow I've never heard of this before. Maybe try calling them and explaining how you already had them booked and you paid a deposit on them?
