The arbitrators ruled in my favor! Got a judgment in the mail today against Gina -- she has to pay me in full, plus pay interest and filing fees! She has 30 days to pay. The courts moved pretty quickly on this one!

That's awesome, glad they ruled in your favor. If you don't mind my asking, how much was your claim for? I gave a relatively small deposit compared to others here ($300), but it's still money down the drain. Am wondering how difficult it would be to go through the process you did now and if it would even be worth it.
