Flowers for Mocha/ Ivory wedding colors

Our wedding colors are Mocha and Ivory? Any recommendation for flowers (bouquets and centerpieces) that will go nicely with these colors? My best guess is white but maybe you have other ideas.

I have no clue when it comes to flowers so any recommendations will be really appreciated for any styles and great florists you worked with

We were also thinking of having a low centerpiece combined with a candle, maybe like a bowl with water and the flowers and candles floating in it. Any thoughts on that or examples you saw somewhere?
