Anyone take this test after pre canae? Me and FH went over our results the other day and we kinda got into a couple fights... This happen to anyone else?

We had to take a strength test before we start pre-cana and we fought too, you're not the only one! The questions are timed 20 secs and they're ridiculous, I think the pressure got to us! lol
woah!! That is so so intense. What church? Thanks we were so confused b/c we never even heard of it, next thing we know were getting scores

St Gerards in Port Jeff. I think we did it wrong anyway. I'm sure the FOCCUS test is more meaningful but as long as you and FH can just talk about your disagreements afterward, don't worry about it. You're getting married for a reason, don't let a test threaten you.

You can go online and google Sample Pre Cana questions, me and FH took a couple online a couple of yrs ago to see what its like.

I guess it's just sobering to think that as excited as as we are about our weddings... we have to go into that day being MORE prepared for our marriage.
i love ANYTHING that will get me more grounded about what my wedding date is about
not about saying YES to the dress ... but YES to FOREVER

Actually I think it is good u pointed out the divorce rate, IF people were more concious then perhps we would NOT have such a HIGH rate.. (im sorry fi I am sounding bitchy too but Divorce is TOOO High,.... Ppl just get marry bc they are ONLY thinking of the DAY of)

'12er crashing
We took ours 2 weeks ago (it's a mandatory requirement by our Church) and we have an appointment with the priest on Monday night to discuss the results.
I accidentally put the wrong answer for a question and didn't realize I could go back (it was something we would have agreed on too) so I can't wait when he brings that up and say 'yea, just kidding... that was a mistake'

I've said all along if I could just get married in the church and go on the honeymoon from there I would be happy...
Marriage to me is forever so I am scared of the foccus but I'm sure we will work it out.

We took it separately and got the results last week. I wish we were able to keep it so we could go over it more alone but they took it back. We got in to a small argument but instead of blowing it up, I just chalked it up to 'he just didn't read the question correctly.'

There's also a book called 100 Questions to ask before you get married. There are a lot of books like that. They're really helpful IMO
