Foccus test @ church

I havent taken it yet... we will take it...
But we were explain that this is what the Foccus gtest does.... Shows your the 'weak' spots.... and most likely u will b arguin for misunderstandings.....
That is why they show u this spots so yuo & him can work on it...

Yes, i was kind of shocked how well it worked, We were both brutally honest on it and it raised eyebrows about stuff me and FH would never just bring up, u know???

That is we were told in Church...
But be strong... NOW you and him know the 'weak' spots... Work on them ;)

We were told in our Church it is NOT mandatory but it helps the couple see the 'weak spots'....

ask him, Our deacon said that him and his wife took it ten years after being married to work on stuff lol

We had to take it. It was mandatory to get married in my church. We took it before Pre-cana and when we met with the couple to discuss our results, they were shocked how well we did. We got 100% in so many categories. I told them it could be that we've known each other for 7/almost 8 years!

It did help give us some things to discuss that we had no idea the other one felt about it.

LOL be afraid, Be very afraid!! LOL, most of the stuff we got wrong was stuff like:

Your FW is jealous when you do this or that, my FH put yes so the deacon brought it up, and we were like, yeah thats us lol--some people are shocked like, 'you think im jealous??'

There was one question that really shocked us and it was a really emotional lonnnggg talk but we are on the same page now.

we scored 100% in quite a few areas

the pastors wife says we are 'star pupils' LOL

communication and problem solving are our best categories ( scored 100%)

our worst was 'marriage expectations' and our 'social life'

it has given us A LOT to talk about, but mostly it has given us confidence in our relationship.


i think it's a great tool.. really makes you talk about hard stuff, and stuff you may not have talked about otherwise

WOW!! we were so opposite, we scored like 80% on everything except problem solving, exceling on expectations and social life. Me and FH have serious problem solving issues in general, and we have gotten better but no its not our strong point!! lol

They seem just like one after the other, until they go over them. The first one was 'does your future spouse ever frighten you' For some reason thats all i remember. it was like 150-200 ?'s

One was are you attracted to the same sex, just like, a million different things, about family, in laws... Feelings on having kids. Ready for marriage.. anything u can possibly think of
