I have red cardstock and I want to print our names in white along with a design in white for the program cover. I know printers don't have white ink in them. Any suggestions on how to do this? Everytime I cut and paste the white design in powerpoint and print, it prints a white square (instead of just the white design). I've changed the white to a very pale cream color and it still won't print. I keep getting a blank square. Please help!

White on the computer is clear when printed. There is no way to print 'white' what you do is get white paper then in your program flood the area with the color you want and then type in white over it and it will print as such.
