I'm going to look at Land's End next week, and I think I'm going to love it. It looks so beautiful in the pictures I've seen. However, I'm concerned because a co-worker of mine went to a wedding there this summer and said the food wasn't good. I know I shouldn't make a decision based on one person's opinion, but it's hard to ignore it, too. Please give me any feedback that you can about the food at Land's End. Thanks so much! Please FM me if you feel more comfortable.

Re: Food at Land's End
I have not heard one negative comment about their food-quite the opposite that it is fantastic-they have their own bakery Lovin Oven and it is fabulous. My friend had her wedding there and she said the food was outstanding. We are going for a tasting soon. I full confidence in them. The place is stunning and wonderful. Definitely top quality. Good luck

Re: Food at Land's End
The food is phenomenal! We were blown away at our tasting (even my in-laws were excited, and they don't get excited).
Our guests loved it - believe me, you don't need to worry about the food!
as for prices, I'm sure they've gone up since we booked (in 2001) but they were ~$120-140/pp (depending on day, time and season). I was looking at Saturday nights though, so I don't remember Friday prices.
Feel free to FM any questions you may have. We were thrilled with Lands End.

Re: Food at Land's End
I agree with LisaT. I got married at Land's End in September and the food was great. Everyone told us how good it was. I didn't eat too much the night of the wedding, but at the tasting it was delicious! We were very happy with Land's End.
