So we booked our hall back in September, and have not done a food tasting. I've had their food before, and konw it is good. Should I even bother?? I'm jsut bored, and thinknig of the wedding.

they have showcases a few times a year. call and ask when the next one is. we got to bring upto 4 ppl with us. so it was the first time my parents and FFIL got to see it. everyone was impressed and liked the food! so that was a plus!!! oh -- and when you find out when the next one is, let me know! i wanna go back !

I got a free sit down 3 course lunch tasting at the Swan Club.....oh boy food was delish!!!
Just drooling thinking about it.

my FH is all about the food tasting!!! he wants to try lots and lots of cake!! lolol
we're gonna try and eventually go, most people say to go a few months before the wedding... so we're gonna try for the end of this year

Go for it!! They will probably change their menu around by the time your wedding comes up, so whats the harm in a 'free' meal??!!
