its ok, i dont mind for the most part. I would say 98% of the time im ok with it, sometimes when schedules conflict bc of it is when i get annoyed. Baseball i do watch with him bc i love baseball, football im not a big fan so dont watch it often, sometimes when he has it on.

The only thing that really annoys me is when we're out and he gets texts and phonecalls regarding trades for fantasy, and let me say that he even got one during our wedding lol. It was a funny moment when it happened bc he was saying how he should make one of those commercials about how even during your own wedding you take texts about fantasy. I think theres a line of commercials like this. OF course dh didnt sit there and do it that day or i wouldve killed him, he did tell the guy 'uhmmm im at my wedding right now cant do this' hahaha

I can watch baseball with him too! Thats I dont mind. But football would kill me. I remember an old boss of mine was a fantasy football player and I swear he would leave the entire staff on the floor to be locked in his office playing! I cant believe how addicting it is for people! They play for money right?

well its not a game actually, well not like a videogame or computer game. The way fantasy football works is that you enter fantasy football leagues, to do so you have to put in money, they all have different fee's. Some are 250, some are 500 it all depends. The more money you put in to enter then of course the more money you can win. DH usually is in a few fantasy leagues, and bc of this for some leagues he'll partner up with a friend and go into the league together and split the costs. Theres a draft, and it works the way a draft usually works. Theres a lottery to see who gets first pick. Then you can either do it in person or do it online. But you wait your turn and then pick a player you want, it can be from any team. This goes on for hours lol. Then once the season starts, before games start you pick the players you want to start. And if that player that day does well then you get the points for it, if not then youre screwed lol. At the end of the season the person with the most points wins the money, but theres also 2nd and 3rd place. And you can also trade the way it works in sports, you make a trade offer to someone else in your league to trade players.

Man that sounds complicated!! But I can see how it can be addicting! But it also sounds stressful trying to decide who to pick and everything!!!

oh yeah alot of research goes into this. Such as knowing if any rookies are being talked alot about and people predicting they will have an amazing year. You do have to know football well, knowing players stats and seeing who can get the most points for you. Plus you cant just pick players randomly, you'll need to have a qb, a running back and all the positions and figuring out which one will do the best for you. BUt then again the person you want might get picked before your turn to pick so you have to have back up players in mind. Then of course if a player gets injured and out for most of the season or whole season it will screw you up.

its funny bc theres fantasy magazines, theres even a show on espn about fantasy picks, its insane.

i do have to say that when dh does win money bc of it, im real happy about it and dont mind the whole thing

We are already on our 3rd argument about football, between the season just starting, the fantasy football crap, the draft, the countless hours spent online for his fantasy leagues, watching sunday/monday night football, etc, etc. need I go on - and this is only week 1.
