For a Full Mass ceremony: how many readers etc do I need?

I am having a full mass for my ceremony in the Roman Catholic tradition. I am wondering how many helpers do I need - aka readers, gift bearers etc. I wanted to start asking some folks to help out.

Also, for those who had full masses who did you choose to do these actions?

We had 2 readers and 2 gift bearers.
Our readers were our friends (a married couple). And our gift bearers were my brother and my father-in-law.
You can really choose anyone you'd like!

We are having 3 readers and 3 girft bearers.

i to am having a full mass in church and we have chosen 3 readers

3 readers (1st reading, 2nd, and prayer of the faithful)

Then two or three people to bring up the gifts
