For all those whitestone/bayside brides out there...
I found a new store the other day- and it is awesome. It is called Carina Boutique, and its located on 154th and 11th ave. Supposedly they just opened 9 months ago... and they have Mother of the Bride (jovani, rina, etc) and Bridesmaid dresses (only brand i recognized off hand was pricillia of boston).
They also have a large section for flower girls, dyeable shoes, and jewlery.
The prices on the dresses are high, but they all include alterations. The POB bridesmaid dresses I loved were marked at 300 dollars, but they take 10% off if everyone buys there.. so they come to 270 with free alterations.
Go check them out... so convenient for those who dont want to drive all the way to the island... or deal with the hell of Macys in Manhasset (see my review on that nightmare from another post)
