For anyone that had high centerpieces..PLease help

Since we are going with the high centerpieces I now have a dilema, where will I place the table #'s and what will I use, so that our guest will be able to find their table. The table # is usually the highest thing on the table, but with the CP being so high what will I do??? Thanks and Happy planning all

I have seen....

...high centerpieces and the table number stands by itself just under it, so it is still noticeable.

I have seen....

We have high centerpieces. Our table numbers (names) are in frames on the table. I think its a classier look when the numbers aren't the first thing you see anyway. Guests will find the tables easily enough - don't worry.

I was wondering if you would be able to tell me what your high centerpieces cost you. I'm interested in purchasing the high ones as well, I just need to get an idea of the prices. Thanks.

Don't knock yourself crazy, the hall will place the numbers on the table for you, and believe me, your guests will find their tables w/no trouble. I had high centerpieces and to be honest with you, I cannot tell you where they were located, but everyone seemed to find their tables w/no problem!!! Ask the hall what they usually do for high centerpieces. :-) Buttafli 1277: My florist was Jay W. Becker in Floral Park and I had 2 dozen roses w/the pedestal and they cost me $65 a table (15 tables). They looked really beautiful and everyone who took them home told me that they lasted well over a week before they died!!

Bearsbabe our price

Thanks ladies for all your advice. I guess sometimes we let the little things get out of hands and we tend to worry about every little details. Thanks for reminding me LOL. We are getting our high center pieces for $50 for 15 tables from Flowerden in Brooklyn. 2 dozen roses and other things. www.flowerden.com Happy planning

WOW! That's an excellent price! And I thought mine was pretty good because it was the cheapest one we had seen (every place wanted $75 or over), guess we should've gone to Brooklyn -- LOL :-)! Not for nothing, but some of the prices (if not all of them) are way out of control anyway! Good for you and good luck!

Buttafli1277

They are on the westbound side of Jericho Tpke., diagnol from Floral Terrace. I dealt with Eddie. He looks like a biker (not what you think a florist would look like), but did an excellent job and I drove him crazy with my all neurotic questions and changing the color of the flowers in my bouquet. My bouquet was amazing also! For the centerpieces and the flowers, I paid about $1,700 something. Here's all the info: 225 Jericho Tpke. Floral Park, NY 11001 (516) 437-0307 1-800-735-0307
