For all brides that got their cardbox from them, when did they send you a email of what your cardbox will look like and when you would receive it. I ordered mine about 6 months ago. My wedding is in less than 3 weeks and I have still not heard from them. Just wondering if this is normal.

Have you e-mailed them recently? I would e-mail them and ask when you are supposed to get it, they are pretty good at answering e-mails.

Its normal...they are pretty backed up. We got our image about two weeks before the wedding and our box came the week before. They are very good with responding and do deliver amazing work. Good luck!
