After the ceremony, is there a time when people throw things - like, rice, bubbles, lavendar, etcc...?

Thanks - it just dawned on me...at 3:00 in the morning!! LOL. I just realized it's something I hadn't thought of. I don't know if I care - just would hate for people to be looking to throw something, and us not have anything for them to throw.

Don't feel bad...I'm still here too! It's like a sickness all this wedding planning stuff. Anyway, I was planning on having the rose petal cones on the aisle seats so those along the aisle can throw them on us as we walk back up the aisle together.

i am going to put the bridal bells on everyone's seat so when we are walking back down the aisle they can ring them .. we can't do bubbles (will make the floor to slippery) so i came up with that idea

I am going to have rose petals thrown as soon as our ceremony is over and we start walking back down the aisle. I refuse to give that part up, RH or not.

It didn't occur to me either ... thanks for bringing it up rachie!
I think I like the idea of bells, that could be really sweet (and not messy at all!).

Re: for those getting married at the RH
I got married at my RH and we didnt have anything thrown bc i didnt wantt he staff wastingt ime cleaning it all up. Dh and i went IMMEDIATELY into the bridal suite ALONE and spent 10 mins drinking champagne and kissing and talking about the day so far. It was the best 10 mins of the day and we STILL talk about how we are so happy we did it that way

I LOVE this idea and def. plan to do this! After my engagement party, I realized that the wedding is going to go by so fast, so I want to make sure we make time to see each other that day.
