we went to 'Diner' here in williamsburg.... I got a few Stolli Cranberries, with the 'cheese plate' as me dinner... my FH got a few 'stellas' with the 'chowder' as his dinner. his soup as $16.00... and was really good, my cheese plate was $9.50 and i only liked one cheese!

Prices down here have really warped my sense of how much everything costs out of the Shanendoah Valley...

PS - i got weighed today... can i tell you how much I hate those real doctor scales!

those ones are wrong!!!! they are weighed down even more b/c of all teh germs in the office

i havent weighed myself in months. the last time i got on it, it just said FAT. i thought scales were only supposed to have numbers

awww! I did this body fat thing... and i'm poor

Maybe it's just motivating me to actually go so I can get out of 'poor' into 'good'

ETA: Actually... now that I think about it... maybe 'poor' was just reffering to the state of my wallet after i signed the check for the registration fee and the first months payment...

lol nope, it was a bowl of soup.... LOL i love my Campbells potato soup fpr $1.69. oh well... we got jipped!

I'm turning into such a southerner... i mean... i always knew the city was expensive, but prices never shocked me as much as they have since i've been down here... i nearly have a heart attack everytime i go home and see the price of gas....

we went over Greg's cousin's apartment because his sister was visiting from Poland and she is leaving tomorrow... anyways, I am a little drunk right now

I'm from Smithtown, but I'm in Virginia for school - and I pretty much live here now since I spend about 10 months out of the year here... and will be living here full time starting next summer since i will hopefully be teaching, and FH has another two years of grad school...
