I believe my sales associate's name was Carole. She was very nice and not pushy at all. I ended up buying my wedding dress from her/kleinfelds and had a wonderful experience with them throughout the entire process.

They let you make an apt with someone - I was told when I called for my apt that they will simply assign me who is free and that I don't have a choice

I just got off the phone with them and the lady I spoke to was so NICE. I was telling her what I was looking for as far as a dress goes and the type of salesgirl I would like. She was very accomadating.

Hmmm they were pleasant - but they were just concerned with getting my credit card number for the appt hold...maybe I should call back and see if someone different will give me someone good?

I went with Carole because she is available on Sunday. I think the lady I spoke with on the phone was named Diane, but I am not 100% sure. I would call back and give it a try.

Not too sure when she is there, but give them a call and see if she is available. I am going this Sunday so I will let you know how the experience was.
