Re: For those of you using menu cards...

Tami we rolled ours and kept them rolled with ribbons. Each was placed at each place setting by the hall. You could sit them up tent style on each place setting or on each napkin.

All the best to you

Re: For those of you using menu cards...

We are doing this also.

I found small easel/plate holders at michaels. Haven't found them cheaper anywhere else they were $1.99 each.

We were going to do them on the stands but my FH thought they would never end up back on the stand and some guests might not know they are there.

I printed my menus on paper that coordinates with my colors. It's three layers of contrasting cardstock, each one 1/4 inch smaller all around than the one behind it. (pearl, wine, cream) This makes them stiff to stand upright. I will be attaching paper easel back to them so they stand up. These were hard to find. I finally found them at Rebee's (sp?) on 110 in Huntington. They had many sizes available. I got the 6' size in off white(they have grey too) and paid less then $4 for 22!
We are doing two per table.

Hope this helps.

Re: For those of you using menu cards...

My menus are like a square greeting card so they stand up by themselves. We are putting one on every other plate.

Re: For those of you using menu cards...

Mine will be printed on thick cardstock, so they'll just lean against the centerpieces - 2 per table.
