For those of you who are having/have had . . .

an engagement party or dinner . . .

any ideas for a nice, inexpensive place to have one. Because we are having such a LOOOONG engagement, I feel it might be a good idea to have one in order to get the families together.

And as always . . . Your help is so GREATLY appreciated (can't wait until I get closer to the wedding - then I know I will be reaching 'addicted' status!)

I'm not sure where you're located - but we had ours at Don Ricardo's in Babylon Village. Mexican food - and a fun atmosphere. It was a good place to get the family members acquainted with each other.
