i saw the tipping thread, and this really got me to thinking....
how often do you speak to them? do they contact you? or do you always contact them?
what was in your contract? unlimited hours of talk? or something more, like going to appointments?
aside from a few emails ive sent, i havent spoken with my DOC since i booked her. i dont think thats really a problem just yet, since we are still many month away...
i was just wondering what was the norm....

like what kind of question? can you give me an example....
we have unlimited hours too, but i guess im not really using it. lol. i wonder what i am missing....

Yea actually I don't talk to mine either... I always think I'm missing something, like should I be talking to her now, or is it really just the 2 or 3 months before

i do! they send me thinks to stuff i might be interested in, or for example shes looking into linens for me, but then again my package was upgraded a little so im not really sure anymore lol
but you should def go to them with any questions and if it goes beyond your package im sure theyll let you know, the more info they have about you an dyour wedding, they'll be a bigger help to you

I always email her when I need vendor reccomendations. We don't talk too often, but she's always available to answer my questions. So far, we met with her in person twice.

It's unlimited for me as well, though it's complimentary up until the month before the wedding. I contact her about everything from the size of the tables to what's the difference between these two DJs and where is my photobooth going to be set up.

I contact here now and again if I have a question and she's always quick to respond with an answer.
I know she's busy with other weddings so I don't expect her to keep in contact with me all the time. But I am glad that if she does a wedding at my RH she contacts me and asks me if I want her to take note of anything.
Our contract doesn't state how often she would be in contact with me but we keep in touch.

I don't talk to mine either, but I don't really have any questions for her. If I did then I would contact her, but so far I haven't had to harass her, I had a few meetings with her and we are good on everything so far. I think when its like 2 months to the wedding I might start harassing her

I contacted my DOC non-stop in the beginning... and for now, it's all good. I'll contact her more when we get a little closer.
LOL she'll send me an email every once in awhile, but it's usually connected to a payment of some sort...
