I haven't done them yet, but I'm going to include a welcome note with a list of events...as well as any attractions, restaurants, etc. in the area.

I put a welcome letter in the bags. There's a copy of it flying around here somewhere. If you can't find it, I can poset it later tonight but I can't do it right now from my BB.

I got tri-fold brochures when they were on sale on vistaprint (25 for freeeee). On the front, I did 'Thank you for coming' with our names and date. Then on the different panels inside, I did Our Story, a welcome note, quick info of day & shuttle, & then nearby places to eat, shopping, and attractions. On the back, I did a wedding timeline. I did a lil thank you poem card thingy. I stole the poem from a bride on here. I can find it if you wanna see!
i am making a lil itinerary booklet with maps and time lines for the bridal party though. I am gonna give them that at the RD. Some of them are THAT SLOW (FH's family) that they will need this.
