Original post by musicgrl79

how are you doing your hair for your wedding? i have long staright hair. it has some body. this summer i difused it a few times w/the hair dryer and it came out very wavey. so ive been thinking about what to do w/my hair and i hate my hair up. i want to do 1/2 up 1/2 down and make it wavey. my mom said it wont stay. i havent had a trial yet but i want to know if anyone w/ kinda straight hair has curled/waved there hair for a 1/2 up do and if it held. sorry if im confusing you guys!

I want to have it down, but I think it's going up, just so i don't have to deal with it, i'm kind of undecided

I don't want mine all up either but I want it off of my shoulders and neck b/c its in july. so i have not gone yet for a trial but in my mind i have a pic of a pony tail thats long and curly. This way you can the length but it is off my neck b/c I hate being hot. But I always wanted my hair down. The girl that did my friends hair said if the girl does it right and uses the right stuff your hair should stay all night.

I had a trial and the curls were falling out very quickly so I am going to do it all up.

My hair is long, straight AND very thick...so the weight of my hair may have had alot to do with it...

I would go for a trial and see how it works out.

i'm doing half up half down. when you go for your trial you can see how long it stays for and make your decision after that!
