For those who may not know

Michael's has a new loyalty card. It's free! Plus, a few days after you sign up you'll get an email that lets you know that you have a 20% off coupon. It's loaded right onto the card. A week after I used the 20% off I also got another one for $5 off a purchase.

I never registered online? They told me when I used it though that they were having a lot of problems with it.
