We bought in north shore Nassau county 4 years ago and got a 4-br, 3 bath house on 1/3 acre for less than $300K. Timing is everything

I'm thinking between 3-6 months ago. I want to see what is realistic thinking for buying now.

We are closing next month and are paying 360000 in Lynbrook. 40x100, small home but great area.
