Where in the park did you take them?

we took some in central park around this time last yr...

we started at Strawberry Fields... walked around the lake, bow bridge and ended up at Bethesda Terrace

The pictures look amazing! My photographer also suggested Battery Park for a 'funkier' backdrop, but I think I'm going to stick with Central Park since there should be good foliage this time of year. Anna and Eden, who were your photographers?

Oooh I can't wait to take mine!!! I'm so glad the foliage will look just as amazing when I go (early November).

I just hope my photog knows where to go...he doesn't usually take epics in the city. I hope he'll let us go to Times Square too!

i took them there this past spring. definitely go in the first week of november (prime foliage season for nyc).

we're taking the pics this wednesday. i'm hoping that this weekend's cold weather will help bring out some colors!!!!!

So basically, that's the path we should take to get to that pretty bridge and the lake? I know exactly where Strawberry Fields is, but I'm trying to think in which direction we should be walking...I always get lost in there. Can anyone help out? THANKS!!

We started out by the fountain near the old Plaza hotel, walked around the pond/bridge, past the Dairy, through the Literary Walk to the Bethesda Fountain and ended at the Conservatory Water.

I had planned out the route beforehand and walked it once with my fiance to make sure it was do-able! I have some of my epics in my profile.

Great pics! I can't wait to take mine! I think we'd have to start at Strawberry Fields...being a Beatles fan, how can we not take a pic by the Imagine mosaic? Ooooooh I'm too excited!! Then we can hit Bethesda - can't miss that.

FYI brides....

go to www.centralpark.com

They have an awesome feature to map locations around the park! It's a huge help! It actually zooms in and shows you the location and other points of interest around it. So cool! Just go to attractions, and then you pick whichever point in the park you want to go to (i.e. Strawberry Fields, Bethesda Fountain, etc.)

thanks!!!! i really hope the weather is beautiful on wed. i purposely scheduled my makeup trial for the same date----i figured if i'm going to get a trial, i may as well do it on a day when i actually need to look half-way decent! i'd hate to have reschedule the photographer and the makeup artist.

I hear ya!! I'm worried about the same thing- it is gonna be sooo tough for us to reschedule the shoot. I'm thinking of going to a MAC counter that day and getting a trial- what the heck, I love their makeup and could easily spend $50!
