Is the inside of the door (the side that's in the house), the same color as the outside of the door?

No, ours is cranberry (which I hate and am changing to black) on the outside and the same taupe as our foyer ont he inside.

our outside door is a maroon/cranberry and the inside is ivory (matches the inside) and I love it

Mine is Green on the outside white on the inside. But while we are on this has anyone's color door faded. Mine looks almost ashy, I am not sure if it is just the paint the old homeowners used or if that is normal.
