apartment with FH, are you ladies buying or renting? we're going to start our search towards the end of the year and don't if we can afford something now with the wedding, but then im a fraid that with rent we wont be able to save to buy!!! ughhhh

We've been renting for the past 2 years (we moved in within a few days of knowing eachother, hah), and are now in the final process of buying a place. We should be finalized with it within the next 2-3 weeks and then get to move in! This is why I'm getting stressed out about the budget.

thats what we're going to do as well! dont want to start paying rent too early in the game! hope rent doesnt hold us back from achieving the AMERICAN DREAM! lol

FH and I moved in together last year and we rent. We would love to buy a place but are not financially there yet. We hope to be able to in the next 5 years

i know! that concerns me .... ive always lived in a house but in a house you have to do everything yourself!!! ughh ... with an apt you can pay a maintenance fee and have someone else take care of it!

FH owns a co-op that he has been renting out for the past two years and we have been living w/ our families. The tenants lease ends March 31st. We won't be renewing their lease and we will be moving in. We are offering them to buy it though and if we do we will use the money towards a house.

renting an apartment. We both live at home right now but once we get married and settled we are goin gto have a very aggressive saving plan.

After his mom passed away and after our engagement, I moved in to their apartment.. We would like to move but the rent is so cheap for us right now it really helps with wedding savings.. We are realizing how much we can save and hope to move out shortly before or after we get married...

My kitchen still isnt done. Its been 2 years. I can go on and on.

We bought a co-op in July, it's a 2 bedroom so we'll probably be there until baby #2 is on the way. Then we will go house hunting!

we bought a house like, 2 and a half years ago...sometimes i wish we hadn't so that we weren't paying a mortgage while paying for the wedding.....lol.....but mostly i LOVE IT!!
