I know you all must think I'm a freak for looking, but my college boyfriend (of 4 years) was like my 'soul mate' to me - I was devastated when he dumped me. I sometimes thought if he ever got back in touch w/me, I'd drop my bf at that time and be w/him again. I know that sounds bad.
Anyway, one day I was bored and started entering all these old friends names into The Knot's search for a couple's page thingie. Well, to my SHOCK, I found his page on there and on Wedding Channel.
For some reason, I kept thinking about him all day. I can't believe I even care, I have my own guy and we're getting married.
Has anyone ever felt a tinge of sadness upon finding out their ex got married?

Those who say that their exes have never once crossed their minds, I'm sorry but I can't believe thats true. He was part of your life for however long you dated, and helped to shape who you are. I know for me, thinking about my exes help me to know that DH is the one for me, and help me to appreciate everything about him. I am sure the OP does not think about her ex every day, she happened to come across his web page, and felt something because she found out he was getting married. I see nothing wrong with that. Its not like she went running to him begging him to take her back and not marry this other chick.
