My Holy Grail foundation is 'Makeup Forever mat velvet+'
That foundation in particular could be anyone's FH... it stays there through long days of work, tears of sadness , tears of joy, Day thru Night, wherever season it is, whenever you need it it's there for you!
Don't let the 'matte' part about it scare you, it looks really natural yet hides every little imperfection.
And if you want an AIRBRUSHED look with this foundation pair it with the Mac109 brush, it will do wonders
If you go to Sephora, they make you a little sample which you can try out for a week or so

what color do you use? we look about the same skin tone and I find it hard to find a 'tan' foundation that doesnt make me look dirty

Hey hun, in some of those pictures I'm definetely more tan than I am now haha I wear number 45... That is what I'm wearing in the engagement picture, and the picture im kissing FI (lol)
but try it out, it's definetely worth trying, ask for them to color match you and then take the sample.
Idky but the girl soooo wanted to make me buy the HD makeup forever one I took the sample of it and I HATED IT haha But I guess it's different for everyone
If you have any questions feel free

Re: foundation recommendations?
Never thought I would wear and love a powder...but I love MAC Studio Fix. I am a little older and have alot of discoloration/ dark spots from sun exposure (and not enough sun screen) so I was always looking for something to cover and not excentuate any wrinkles. When I went for my makeup trial, she used Studio Fix, I couldnt beleive it! I just use a good moisturizer, let it totally absorb and then use the Studio Fix and it covers everything, doesnt get in the wrinkles and stays on. I am really happy with it.

You should definitely check out Px again because they have a lot more shades now! MY MOH actually does marketing for Perscriptives (I get all my make-up from her ) and she confirmed that they have 18 shades in liquid and 18 shades in loose powder and bare essentials has 15...try out a Perscriptives counter to test!!
