Fox Hollow

Hi ladies,

I am getting married in one month! So exciting! I was wondering if any recent or past Fox Hollow brides or guests of weddings there can give suggestions as to what cocktail hour food selections are a must. We made our tentative menu but want to see if there is anything we should add. Also, as far as upgrades, are there any you recommend? We may do the viennese. I would like to do a seafood upgrade but it is a little pricey. Thanks!

Fox Hollow

My FH and I were there recently for a wedding, and I really enjoyed the Asian station that they had. The dumplings were really good, as was the crudite and fresh cheeses.

We loved the Tortellini Alfredo (its our fav), the Calamari was good as well. I didn't get to try too much, but make sure you have the potato that comes with the Chateau Briand at dinner. (We actually asked for extras because they are yummy!!!!)

I had that awhile back in their restaurant was sooooooo good. the tortellini.
