My company just had a banquet lunch at Fox Hollow and let me tell you ladies...there was not one thing that wasn't PERFECT!!!!!!!

Take it from me and my office manager. We are back at our desk totally stuffed but want to go back there for more!!! Luckily we are having a banquet dinner tomorrow night there!!! My company rents out the Inn and does banquets for our yearly sales meetings. I might not like the company but they do have some class!!!!

I had the Shrimp Fantasia (which made me think of the American Idol!!!), Fox Hollow Salad (it's regular salad, but still tasty) and the Chilean Sea bass, which I personally think would be a great choice for a reception sea food dish. My office manager had the Chicken Sorentto and I tasted it...super yummy, again a great choice for a chicken dish. After we have dinner there tomorrow I'll give my review for that!

When the FH is in town, I’m taking him and I have this little card I got from the BM for a free bottle of wine, but I swear the BM also mentioned something about getting free appetizers as a mini-tasting…maybe the hunger is making me hallucinate.

OK LADIES...HERE IT IS.....
If you are getting married there you truly are a lucky woman. All of the food I had were nothing shy of A+++++ This is what I ate... Mozzarella Caprese Portobello Forestiere Fox Hollow Salad Pollo Balsamico
Everything was wonderful. I give the staff at Fox Hollow a QUADRUPLE A++++++, simply because they had to deal with the people in my company...we were all a bit buzzed that is for sure and every server kept a smile on their face. For the nasty people in my company who are never happy or satisfied, they can not stop raving about it!!!!!
