If you have a reception with about 130 people, do they put you in the garden room automatically? I saw tht there are two rooms(the other is the garden room and it seems to be for lerger weddings.) Any help is appreciated !!

They placed us in the Briar Fox room. WE are guaranteed 130.

I believe the winter garden room (which is the smaller one pictured online) holds up to about 150 people. Good luck.

I had my e-party at the Fox Hollow.. I had 200 people and we were suposed to be in that open garden room, but we ended up in the roomnext to teh cocktail hour.

we have the garden terrace room and guaranteed 225 people. it's a larger room than the winter garden and the briar fox room. it's pretty long with windows surrounding it and a dance floor in the middle. don't know if that helped.

I'm also in the Garden Terrace and had to guarantee 225. I think you will be in the Briar Fox that is bigger then the Winter Garden. I suggest calling your banquet manager or taking a ride over. I go there all the time just to peek! Good luck!
