Fox Hollow brides, pls help me clarify...

I am kind of concerned now.. before I call FH, I wanted to get all the facts straight

A few weeks ago, Christine mentioned that she went and met with the wedding coordinator and it was free service. I don't believe FH ever mentioned to me that I'll be receiving such a service and I was never given an info packet... Should I have gotten one??

Also, from a new post yesterday, a bride mentioned that she got her BM, does that stand for Bridal Manager? Should I have gotten one as well when I signed? Or the person who I signed the contract with is my BM? The person whom I've been dealing is Frank their COO, is he my BM?

Questions, questions, questions! I want to make sure that I am getting all the info I should be getting, we are paying quite a lot of $$ for our wedding at FH!

Hi, I am not a Fox Hollow Bride but yes, BM stands for Banquet Manager and you should ask him all the questions you have as that you are paying for his service. As far as a wedding coordinator, my hall does not offer that but they do have a Bridal Attnedant who will help you with your gown and stuff like that in the suite and in the hall.

I would ask Frank to send you the packet in the mail and again direct all questions to him. The BM's are used to future Brides asking them tons of questions and don;t mind at all.

You have to contact them then they will send you a packet. or you make an appointment to them.

the wedding coordinator I am referring to is The Perfect Party Planner, and they are part of Scotto Bro.
perhaps I am getting confused, but I think they should be contacting me once they receive my booking info, right??

I am just going to call FH and sort things out.

The Perfect Party Planners were suppose to call me, but since they have not yet, Frank suggested that I give them a call. So I will!

... and Frank is my BM, I forgot they have more than one managers, I thought everyone deals with Frank!
