Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Question about the FOX HOLLOW INNFor those of you who have stayed there, I am hearing that they are extremely strict about their NO Party Policy.
Has anyone gone back to the Hotel after their wedding for an after Hours Party? Or between the church and the reception?
We wanted a place for everyone to go back to between the church and the reception and for after the Wedding. Has anyone done this or did the Inn not allow it.
Thanks!

I didn't try and have a party after my wedding since it ended at 1:30 am. BUT my wonderful bridal attendant packed up our extra water bottles in a Bud Light case. As we walked into the Inn, my bridal attendant was certain to run to the front desk and let them know that it was not beer in the boxes.

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
Just out of curiosity, is anyone going to the Bridal Showcase at Fox Hollow this Wednesday evening? I've pretty much booked my main vendors, but I've never been to a showcase before, so I'm looking forward to it. Plus I get to visit Fox Hollow again!!Will any 08ers be there?

I was thinking about going a few weeks ago, but I don't think I am. I booked all of my vendors too, except for my officiant, and I am not using the Fox Hollow recommended ones, so there is really no need for me to go ... tell us how it is though!

Do you need tickets to go to the showcase or can you just go? I didn't realize it was so soon!

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
I'm going to the showcase tomorrow with my FSIL & am curious. I have NO vendors booked and only know what favors (3 Buck Chuck - Thanks to all who suggested it) I am considering 12th Night Photo on a friends recommendation but don't know the pricing. But all others I am a lone wolf deciding. Worst of all the BM dress I liked for the season... discontinued. Ya see what happens when you act on an impulse and change your wedding date from a year to seven months!?! Any suggestions are welcome! LOL

I had gotten a postcard flyer in the mail from Perfect Wedding Planner and called 516-625-1777 for reservations for the free showcase. Jessica is the contact person. She sent me an email with a pre-registration form to fill out so I don't have to do that when I get there. It's from 5:30-9pm, but they say you can arrive at any time.

I want to have candles (votives in glass holders) around the cake on the cake table. Does the FH provide those kinds of candles or do I need to provide them?

where did you buy them? Did they last the whole night or did they have to be replaced?

Re: FOX HOLLOW BRIDES - Question & Answer Thread
i bought 10 hr votives..THESE
they were fantastic to deal with - the candles were packed so nicely and shipped so quickly. they're based in NJ.
I bought 216 of them.... I used them for placecards, my CPs, and random decor.
